A well-rested, sober driver, paying sufficient care and attention to their surroundings could not possibly manage to do this.

so funny police can not be on the highways to prevent accidents but can come out after an accident in large numbers

The gun runners can run wild
The dope runners can run wild
      The drinkers can run wild
The uninsured drivers can run wild

Yes, when the police pull over and arrest drunk drivers they can prevent accidents from happening. But that concept (driving around and observing potentially drunk drivers) is foreign to our Police force.

One of the main issues with collisions is speeding:when you know traffic officers out and about the average person will slowdown while driving: u probably fly into this little country to make a few dollars but i speak based on the history and there used to be traffic cops as a matter of fact there remain a traffic department at road town police station BUT do you see them patrolling once in a while officer callwood is out:

Simply based on the damage done the mofo was speeding, lots of us chatty chatty until someone in our family became a victim crime then u run looking for the same police

the purpose of police is to enforce the laws BVI is 2 small for all this drama maybe the big country where you hail from this bull is normal

give thanks for freedom to speaking in Virgin Islands were some of u from u dont have that much chat
