ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A surface high-pressure system will be the main weather feature affecting conditions across the Virgin Islands today, Sunday, October 24, 2021, the Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has said.
It said moderate to fresh winds will transport shallow pockets of moisture and cloud patches, which could trigger light and brief showers.
Weather today: Partly sunny with a 30 percent or a low chance of showers.
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or a slight chance of showers.
Winds: East at 19 to 30 km/h or 12 to 18 mph with possible gust up to 48 km/h or 30 mph.
Seas: 1.2 to 1.8 metres or 4 to 6 feet.
