Is this center ran by Government or it is a private owned something? If its a government something why does the kids have to pay a monthly fees???

Does everything the "Government" does have to be for free? The Government is a business and like any business should be operating for a profit.

It was a question. And why is the fees paid to the coach and not a government in any office??

Tennis Program is not funded by the Government. Public Courts are maintained by Bio)Safe. I have volunteered for the past 13 Years giving youths and adults an opportunity to learn the sport. It’s the only Recreational Facility that is privately funded.
