I want to believe that this was their intention all along. If first time home buyers not meeting requirements ($$$) why not adjust the price and criteria so that they can benefit. But changing to falitate others who can acquire and utilize for investment is truly defeating what was stated as the propose intention. Tired of all these cover ups deceiving the People.

So as someone comes you build the house n you let them choose how the inside of the house layout would b . Now you got houses on a hill that you can't get rid of was of our dollars

This is crazy, The pitch to start was Low income homes for first time home owners, which was questionable from the start now this.Iwill never again cast an x in the BVI. This is a total shame on our government/ssb. When are we going to get a government that fight for the people

We want our Social Security money back , this is and was a real Scam from the beginning, they fully well know a lot of first time home owners won’t be able to afford these homes. This was just a SCAM to make it seems like it was a first time homeowner housing project but they had ulterior motives.

I can afford one of the units however, there is no yard space and I prefer not to live that close to the neighbors. It was one big mistake. May as well turn them into section 8 projects.

If I invest in a two bedroom unit I would rent my unit to doctors, attorneys and professionals that can afford two or three thousand dollars a month rent.

Good idea. This should be a project. Low income persons pay low rental fees to stay here. But the route you all are taking wow.

May as well turn them into SECTION 8 housing for low income families.

I would not live in a development where there is no outdoor space or having to sit on my balcony two feet away from my neighbor. The whole development was one big blunder. What first time home owner is going to invest their monies into something like that.

At this point just turn them into hotels and done! I sick of this crap! What kind of government is this? At least give young people the chance to own property, land is already high, only loan easy to get is a car loan, I’m disappointed.

My understanding is that they were never for LOW INCOME and I am glad. They were supposed to be affordable homes for first time homeowners. We do NOT want housing projects in the VI!! Next thing we have the equivalent of Ghettos aka Paul M. Pearson Gardens and Housing aka Oswell Harris Court here. No thank you!

Shut yuh trap! It's the people that turn their living environments into ghettos.

It is a shane that a handful of dishonest , heartless, uncaring people in position will be so cruel to the average working class people in the BVI who are steuggling to own a home. Shame on the government

I really don’t think the Government is involved. It is the SSB that used the peoples pension money for THE PONZI SCHEME. Watch, they are going to end up selling those houses on the hill to a rich person and they will do whatever they are going to do with them. They are not going to rent to low income people. To much money to lose renting to low income people.

Has Patsy acquired them for nothing yet? That was always going to be the outcome paid by my SSB pension $30,000,000 loss. Set of crooks
