"Social Security Office, and NHI Office Closed due to the Covid-19 virus Pandemic." This is very sad news for us here in the BVI. In spite of the worldwide news that the Covid-19 virus Pandemic is still causing many deaths worldwide, many here in the BVI are still claiming that the Covid-19 virus Pandemic is a myth.
How more stupid can some of us get?
However, those of us that know better are responsible to do better for the good of all our community citizens. Agree? Say yes, mean yes, and act wisely continuosly.

Do you see anyone dropping down dying all over? Do you and have proof that they died from a common cold which the COVID 19 bis which always been around? I have proof that you don't think why did they call it Corona virus in the beginning and then switch the name to COVID-19? It's because in the medical encyclopedia of medicine in 1989 coronavirus was a common cold. Go think about that and then go look it up and pray for taking the mark

@Sheep; grow the heck up. Seriously; stop buying into the conspiracy nonsense. Just because you don't understand science, doesn't mean it isn't real. There are a lot of people with a lot more knowledge than you out there, and they didn't get their "proof" from youtube. Smh.

Our office is the only statutory body that remains open when people are around infected people. They let that staff member remain at home secretly and allow the rest of us to continue working. It is only when you ask questions as to why the person is out, you know the truth. They don't care about us here at the airport

Why we have to close every time a worker get a positive Covid result, most time these results are wrong. Let me tell the people this. 5 out of every positive test done when that person take a Retest a day or two after it comes out negative.. The testing is part of the problem,, .I know we have to be cautious but there need to be another way than shutting down,. We have to find away to co-exist with Covid...

      @ Nonsense,
You are so correct the government needs to do better when it comes to testing. Those persons working in the lab at DOL hispital needs to be educated on testing for the virus.

You're so right. The test IS the problem!
      https://www.cdc.gov/csels/dls/locs/2021/07-21-2021-lab-alert-Changes_CDC_RT-PCR_SARS-CoV-2_Testing_1.html

Posted since July 2021...pcr test cannot differentiate between influenza and covid...as per the cdc. They have withdrawn their application for emergency use authorisation of the pcr test as a test for the detection of covid only ( the creator of the pcr test is on record saying this exact same thing years ago...the test cannot detect covid only and is useless in this regard). After December 31, 2021 pcr tests are no longer valid, hence the reason Biden government just bought millions of at home antigen tests for its citizens.

So...for the past two years, how many have had the flu and how many have had covid?

Starting to feel sorry for the people still asleep...the conspiracies are not theories any more.

I beg...just leave the children out of it.

This is all still going on with these crazy lockdowns because the government will not stick to the guidelines they published way back in June. They say if you are vaccinated and you come in contact with an infected person then you can carry on working and monitor yourself for symptoms . If you get symptoms then go take a test but if you don’t have any symptoms then go do your job . Of course these statutory bodies get paid I believe if they shut down and it is Xmas and so why bother to give service to the public when you can go lime with your friends. I would bet that all the staff are not in quarantine and confined to their houses during this shutdown.

I have Covid now and it’s nasty and can knock you for 6. This is coming from someone young with no underlying conditions and who is double vaccinated. Good luck to you anti vaxxers that’s all I can say. It’s all good until you have it believe me.
