Smith’s 16 helps Bristol Flyers back into top 8

Aaron Cosby led the way once again with a 20-point haul with Smith adding a further 16 points, with 6 rebounds and a steal, while Hameed Ali had 14 points and five assists.
The visitors capitalised on a slow start from the Rocks to lead by as many as 13 points in the opening quarter. Neil Watson fired in a trio of triples to start the second to help his side cut the gap to a single point at 27-28.
However, Cosby enjoyed a scoring streak of his own as the Flyers regained control to lead by ten at the half-time break.
Another rally saw Glasgow tie the game at 52 in the third, but a 9-2 close from the visitors gave them the upper-hand ahead of the final period.
Back-to-back triples saw the Rocks make it a four-point game at 66-70, though that was as close as they would get in the fourth as Bristol secured another important win in their quest for a top-eight finish.
