Please see with our DDM. They don't have the necessary weather equipments. Don't forget we're a forth world country. We depend on the more advanced countries for weather information. Antigua and Puerto Rico.

Dam if you do and Dam if you don’t!!!!! You’ll ungratefulness and hateful demeanor will send you to your grave with all the stress and tension you are exhaling. It reach to a point like one of you have a personal vendetta against a particular person in DDM.
The department explained there situation to us on more than one occasions, if there is someone to blame then write to the government requesting that they provide us with our own apparatus to do the job.
Don’t just sit there and enjoy making a fool of yourself.
If you don’t have some constructive advice to correct the problem then shut your trap until such time.
