‘Show him mercy!’ Bishop tears up during emotional prayer for Hon Fahie
The Bishop’s prayer came while delivering a sermon on Sunday, May 22, 2022, to a congregation at the church.
"I was coming here this morning and the Lord reminded me, if you were the Premier and you find yourself in that predicament, you would want somebody praying for you,” he said.
“Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy,” Bishop Cline continued.
Attack on leadership in the VI?
Ahead of the Prayer, the Bishop had indicated that there was an attack on leadership in the territory and that it was the work of the enemy.
“It is not my desire nor should be anyone who wants to see him [Andrew A. Fahie] spend any length of time in a US prison, but I Pray that God will show him mercy!” he added.
Bishop Cline declared that there shall be deliverance for those who call for it.
“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call,” he said while quoting the scripture of Joel 2:32.
Bishop Cline added that he thought his weeping days were over, "these days I feel like Jeremiah,” he added.
No statement from Former Premier
Meanwhile, it has been almost a month since the former Premier was detained on April 28, 2022, in Miami.
The former Premier has yet to release a statement or share his side of the bombshell events.
Hon Fahie's attorney Theresa Van Vliet has said her client plans to plead not guilty to the charges.

Now this pastor has twisted Gods Commandment, manipulating his followers to believe that showing mercy is Merciful in Gods eyes. This IS the subliminal work of the devil for sure. Showing mercy on evil! Now Pastor, you shall not make it to heaven. You have disgraced the Commandments and re-written them. Watch out now, take care, beware of false pastors. Leave his church. This is so blatantly sinful.
Cline does talk a lot of things that make no sense at times. However, this is one time I am with you 100%. Sad to say your crooked associate don't think so just look at him. Not everyone that say they is pastor is pastor just wolves in sheep clothing. Andrew has not yet spoken and I am waiting to here his side of the story.
God will always have mercy on him, because he will ask forgiveness.in the mists of his trial God is there, no man when tempted cannot say God was not there, he has more than a thousand ways of escape, but choose to show his love and glory through discipline. He is strong and God will keep him. Keep on praying, it changes everything.
You have your prayer priorities all wrong... instead of praying that God will give a disgraced, fallen, local demagogue a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card, you should try the following...
- Pray that he will seek forgiveness from God and the people who he betrayed.
- Pray that he will turn from his corrupt ways and truly give his life to God.
- Pray for the leadership of this land to learn from their foolish ways past, humble themselves and seek to be servants of the people
- Pray for a season of introspection, reflection, repentance and reformation from a populace that is "religious" but spiritually deficient
- Pray that we will learn to value our Caribbean brothers and sisters as human beings with dignity and the right to live and work among us as guests and contributors towards the greater society, not to be used and abused, robbed and disrespected because they are from "down island", or only to be treated as equals when it serves our own narrow interests (like seeking independence prematurely)
- Pray for wisdom on how to move our country forward without resorting to immoral and questionable avenues like legalised gambling or legalised marijuana (hope I don't hit a nerve with that one, Bishop)
- Pray for a revival of true Godliness among us, including heartfelt searching of the scriptures for truth and then living by what is contained therein
Pray for these things, or in the words of your cousin CSC "Go siddung!"

Question: had the former Premier Andrew Fahie confessed (admitted to) his wrongs done against God, himself, his family, his country's people, especially in regards to his misrepresentation of our finances, etc?
Until first he does, he will remain cursed.
So whether or not you shed a cup or a full drum of years, and prayers of passionate, immotion on his behalf, he, Andrew A Fahie, in order be obtained merciful blessings, and truly called blessed, he must first admitted his guilt (verbally confessed the to God, and men). Only then will he obtained, (eceived) the mercy of God and men. Other or contrary to this, your prayers and tears are been wasted, according to the Holy Scriptures.
My prayers for the former Premier, Andrew A Fahie is that he will practice true repentance, not pretentious fakery, same for you, others, and me. Amen.
