Credentials are not job titles and titled favors bestowed and acquired "how ,we don't know".
What are his Credentials ....qualifications etc which would include among other factors his Academic history, and a brief biography including his age, citizenship status..
Hopefully he is not a person of interest elsewhere ...in another country and jurisdiction and with limited freedom to travel.

Reading is essential, his credentials are listed and he is one of your own. A staunch British Virgin Islander, from Virgin Gorda. If this is how you despise and insult the progress of your own people...."from here", imagine what you will do to anyone else. Absolutely shameful.

Still with this Adviser (consulting) hiring. What happened to the Permanent Secretaries and Senior Administration Officers? Don't they do most of the Ministry's Work? COI calls for reduction of Civil Service, yet Persons are being hired to advice.

Some of you people are missing the point where the UK has given the government deadlines to implement certain changes. To meet these deadlines people will have to be hired to assist in some cases. That is why they were allowed to waive the tender process in this regard. I know it’s ironic but given the situation at this point they don’t have much of a choice. Would a UK advisor make you all feel better??
