What kind of madness is going on here? A senior officer aged 63, if found guilty, will spend his retirement years in jail and with no pension...IDIOT! Too old for this mess.

There should be no rush to judgement. Accusing someone of sexual offense is the easiest and quickest way to ruin an enemy. Wait for the facts.

    The swamp IS being drained.
Half of these blogs are written by prison officers who conti ue to prove their immaturity, spite and narcissism. For the past 3 years, as one of you pin pointed, the current Superintendent has leveled the playing field. EVERYONE at the prison was given the opportunuty to push, to grow and to earn. Females were no longer looked at as meat, but equals. And THAT is part of what robs you all the wrong way because now, they can say, No! It burns you all that much? And you have your own wives/girlfriends? So you accuse the Superintendent of sleeping around? No.
Those very officers who are being pulled down and degraded actually EARNED the right to be where they are. They worked for it. They are no longer just there to vet documents for senior staff who can't even read or write, but never get the recognition, or to create documents or policies for others and still sit at the bottom and never even be given the appreciation they deserve. How many of the officers up there have a secondary or tertiary level education? How many of them refused to take a shift or accept a promotion, yet they chastise those who worked for and accepted their promotion? Go sit down. The swamp is being drained. Tbank God for Superintendent Garde.

Well if u in a prison where u were train to be an officer, integrity and rehabilition of inmates is our main focus and for all the years u see urself as meat and cant say no. U need help, u should be in councelling because as u write u have issuses, leadership and policy writing cannot take those dents away mix that up with lack of education,
How can u rehabilitate anyone when its a small prison and everyone know ur history? Please think before u write remember the world reading, u just made ur boss look bad.

mercy - "How can (you) rehabilitate anyone when (it's) a small prison and everyone (knows) (your) history?" So, persons cannot progress in places where their past is known. You suggest moving to a bigger place and space in order to be able to be rehabilitated.
I hope you are not employed at the prison. Or working at a church, or school, or any institution with that Marxist philosophy. That is the height of ignorance. And you just made YOURSELF look bad.
