Vehicle accidents and incidents happen. Nonetheless, preventative and routine maintenance are vital to reducing accidents, incidents and near misses. The VI hilly and steep terrain put more stress and strain on vehicles than on vehicles in flatter and gentler terrain. Thus, to reduce the rate of accidents and incidents, vehicle in the VI require more frequent inspections and maintenance by certified automechanics. More frequent inspections, maintenance and repair increase the operating lifecycle cost. But this cost weighed against the cost( injury, loss of life, increasing insurance, liability) of an accident, the choice is clear. Safety first. This is just a general comment and not saying that the SDA vehicle was not properly maintained. Butb this is the second van in a few weeks that caught fire. We ned to investigate the contributing cause(s) for trends and take actions to mitigate future incidents.

That is not a Seventh Day Adventist Church bus! It is a privately owned bus by a member who is paid to transport the members. None of the churches have any such church bus! To many narrow minded and short sighted mentality and the attitude of not following the Sunday churches who have church buses. Yes I am a member.

So if this is the case, member and truth be told, the driver of the bus is not a full-fledge SDA. and if he or she is, then they don't rest on the seventh day. because the person will be working by driving the bus for a salary or payment (interesting)
