ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Circumstances are sketchy surrounding another scooter accident, involving a 25 year-old employee of FedEx.

We have the name and photo of the young man, who is now a patient at Peebles Hospital with multiple fractures.

Tamarind Tree

The accident occured on Sunday July 29, 2018, around 12:20 PM in the area of the 'big' Tamarind Tree, adjacent to the Road Town Police Station.

It is unclear whether the young Virgin Islander, was wearing a helmet when he reportedly collided with a truck.

The scooter has been extensively damaged.

There has been at least one scooter accident a month in the Territory in recent times and one member of the public has called for banning scooters, however, the idea has not gained any public support.

Koss get toss. When he wake up, his bike was a loss. So to get better and report back to your boss, take your physical therapy and drink sea moss.
