Because smart-ass, that money is turned over to Treasury after the cases are closed. What's left of it that is.

Time rolls on but the issues and questions continues:

    1. What level of confidence do we have in the majority of cops embracing the motto of serving and protecting the public:
    2. What level of trust does the public have in tge RVIPF?
    3. Can the police solve crime all by its lonesome?
    4. Why can’t the police get the cooperation of the public? Is the lack of cooperation due to distrust?
    5. Is the RVIPF a united force? Does the RVIPF have a racial issue? Are there 3 forces within in 1: local officers, White UK officers, other officers primarily from other Carribeean Islands?
    5. Is leadership a problem in the force’s dysfunction? Is the Governor a part of the problem?
    6. Is tge RVIPF weaponized against selective members of the community?
    7. What controls, if any, are in place to ensure the accuracy of seize drugs?
    8. Does anyone believe that only $500K of drugs were seized? If no where did the reminder go and who knows where it went? Is there a blue wall of silence? Do we need to put body cams on officers?
    9. How can RVIPF regain the public trust?
