Ruff House overcome Talk Done 101-99
In Saturday’s games the Junior West Gunners took down YEP, 59-42, with D’Andre Penn top scoring with 26 Points, 7 Rebounds; Donald Layne finished with 12 Points, Raheem Hodge 10 and T’Quan Stoutt also 10. For YEP, Keneya Penn notched 16 Points, Lemar Jackson 9, Te’Shaun Frett 7 with 7 Rebounds and Keyondre Slater 4.
Game Boys then beat Da 3rd, 95-91, with Phillip Glasgow, the “Elite” Draft pick, top scoring with 21 Points. McKenzie Baltimore added 19, Shaquille Fonseca 18 and Angel Brown 11. For Da 3rd, Dion Blyden scored 31 points with 10 Rebounds; Dominic Ward added 26 with 12 Rebounds, Deejay Caleb 21 with 12 Rebounds and Rushawn Johnson 6 with 5 Rebounds.
Saturday Night came to a close with the Avengers beating West Gunners, 90-59, with Gavin Frett scoring 29 Points with 6 Rebounds, Shaquille Collins finished with 12 Points, Radley Stevens 11 and Kyle Abraham 8 with 7 Rebounds. For the Gunners, Alexander Jarvis scored 18 Points, Andrew Stoutt 10 with 11 Rebounds, Kamni O’Neal 13 and Franklyn Fahie 6.
Ruff House then beat Talk Done, 101-99 mainly thanks to 24 Points from Kishaun Fahie. Shamoi Dagou added 22, Ashfield Frett 10 with 9 Rebounds and Roger Farrington 14 Points. Talk Done were led by Rowan Victor’s 20 Points and 7 Rebounds. Glenal Layne added 19 Points with 11 Rebounds, Tad Martin 16 with 10 and Kevon Lettsome 14 with 7.
