After a break last year, the annual car raffle is back with a BAIC BJ40 PLUS up for grabs. 

“We are delighted to bring back one of our Club’s signature fundraising initiatives, and we are excited to once again offer the public an opportunity to win a brand-new vehicle while supporting a worthy cause,” Club President Nelcia St. Jean said. 

St. Jean said this is much more than winning a vehicle, as every ticket purchased represents an investment in the community. 

“The funds raised will support our Club’s charitable projects and community service initiatives, allowing us to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. As Rotarians, we believe in Service Above Self, and this raffle is one of the many ways we turn that commitment into action.”

St. Jean encouraged members of the public to purchase tickets, which cost $10.00. Tickets can be purchased at NAGICO offices in Tortola and Virgin Gorda, Tortola Auto Group and Carquest in Slaney, Mi Amor and House of Luxury at the Pier Park, Original NY Pizza in Fish Bay, Captain Mulligan’s, and from members of the Rotary Club of Central Tortola

“Tell your friends, encourage your coworkers and help us make this year’s raffle a tremendous success,” St. Jean urged. 

Early bird raffles 

The Club will hold four early bird drawings, each offering a cash prize of $1,000. These early bird drawings will be on October 23, November 13 and 27, and December 11, 2026. 

“Best of all, even if your ticket wins one of those $1,000 prizes, it will remain in the draw for the vehicle, which is on 19 December. So you could win cash and still have a chance to drive away in the SUV!,” St. Jean said.
