Rikkoi, congratulations! The Virgin Islands ( British) has a small population ( approx 40,000), small talent pool to draw from. Nevertheless, its athletes are competitive on the world stage, the big stage. It is punching above its proverbial weight..The VI needs to ensure it invest on athletes,,acknowledge, and recognize them .
