Restaurants now allowed to offer dine-in services
According to a May 23, 2020, Gazetted Imposition of a Curfew (No. 18) Order, 2020, "Cabinet decided that restaurants will be allowed to re-open for dining purposes in accordance with the social distancing guidelines, effective May 24, 2020."
As such, restaurants can operate with person on-premises from 6:01 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. daily, provided that such businesses or establishments have been inspected, approved and certified by the Social Distancing Monitoring Task Force.
Several other businesses remain closed
However, even as restaurants will now be allowed to serve customers; hotels, villas or other accommodation facilities, public swimming pools, cinemas, gyms, bars, night clubs and other entertainment facilities will still remain closed.
For restaurant owners, they will have to ensure that staff and customers adhere to social distancing protocols and put in place relevant sanitisation measures.
They will also have to ensure that allowance is made for staff and employees to report to and leave work within the imposed curfew hours.

Restaurants are about food , service and ambiance.
Not much service if you have to order on your phone and not much ambiance if you are spaced miles apart.
I do not expect a rush to eat out.
