ESTATE BOVONI, St Thomas, USVI- Pure Speight stamped his authority in the feature race of the Salute to Service race card at Clinton E. Phipps Sr Race Track on St Thomas US Virgin Islands, moments ago, Sunday, November 9, 2025.

The St Croix horse, owned by Knight Racing Stables and ridden by Sunday Diaz, crossed the finish line unchallenged in a time of 1:24.4.

Pure Speight was coming off a defeat by Floki's Flight on August 31, 2025. Floki's Flight did not compete.

Second was Friar Laurence while third was Laser Sharp of Tortola.

Laser Sharp, owned by Lesmore Smith of Top Priority Racing Stables, finished just ahead of fellow debut horse Unsociable of Francis Racing Stables owned by Anegadian Kenny Francis.

Coming in 5th was Modern Lane.

The 7-furlong race for Class A horses fetched a purse of $18,000.

    If lesmore know wa good fa him, he would get rid of them 2 fat moo moo he got there as so call trainers and hire a professional trainer and professional grooms who know what they are doing...You want to tell me you ain't tired of losing...geesh!!!!
