The whales are getting rich from the proceeds of cannabis while the small fry are Jailed. Many other regional countries have adjusted their marijuana laws , allowing/permitting certain quantities for personal/home consumption. Com on VI enter the 21st Century. Be a leader, not a follower. In the early days of dred locks, the VI banned people with dreds from entering the territory. It was probably one of regional countries to lift the nonsensical rule. Today, locks are common place, a fashion statement. Again, the whales are getting bigger and richer and the lil man are getting caged.

In the US, the war on drugs was used a control mechanism to control the poor, marginalized, etc. They arrested users for minor possession giving them a record which are used to control them for the rest of their lives. The US have always a frightened and control nation, ie, slavery/Indians, Jim Crow, war on drugs/mass incarceration, particularly of Blacks, ascendancy of blacks and other minorities(imagine false fear of being replace)., etc. What is their next fear??
Staying with our friend the US in the north, the poor and lower middle class are smothered with taxes on ordinary incomes while the rich and wealthy uses debt, taxes, etc to pay no taxes. The lil man loses again, for that is life , for we lack the means to influence politicians to pass laws which benefit us. The rich can. Back home. The UK is the biggest hypocrite on medical marijuana. The UK-appointed Governor Rankin refuse to assent the medical marijuana bill which was passed by the duly elected HoA. On the other hand, the UK is one of the largest producers of medical marijuana for export. Hypocrites, hypocrites , hypocrites!! Free the weed; it grows naturally .
