ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Members of the public are being urged to complete the Public Service Transformation Survey.

Communications Officer II in the Deputy Governor’s Office, Eusa Z. Adams, said a journey was embarked upon seven years ago, driven by the belief that the Virgin Islands Public Service can stand among the greatest in the world.

He added that, as Deputy Governor, Mr David D. Archer Jr said, he is confident that the Virgin Islands Public Service will one day rank between number 1 and number 5 in the world.

“This goal has been driven by the Public Service Transformation Programme, and now, seven years later, as we’ve done annually, we want to hear from you.”

Adams urged members of the public to take the impact survey.

Be honest

“We want to know one simple thing: Has the public service been working for you? Has the changes we’ve implemented made it easier for you to interact with the Government of the Virgin Islands? We need you to answer and we need you to be honest. We need you to help us shape the next step of development of this public service.”

Members of the public can access the survey here.

Meanwhile, Adams revealed that there is a separate survey for public officers so they too can contribute. “We want you to be a part of this journey,” he stated.

“The deadline is fast approaching,” he informed, adding, “Don’t waste time; contribute to the next phase of development for the Virgin Islands at the Virgin Islands Public Service.”
