Public urged not to make online payments using LMS

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Department of Labour and Workforce Development is advising stakeholders that due to technical difficulties affecting the Labour Management System (LMS), users' ability to access the system may be affected.
Users who are able to access the LMS have been strongly advised not to make any online payments until further notice.
According to a bulletin from the Government Information Service on July 16, 2026, the matter is being investigated, and efforts are underway to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Update to be issued
The public was also told that a further update will be issued once normal service, including online payments, has been restored.
No update has since been published.
The Department apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked stakeholders for their patience and understanding.
