Public invited to Thanksgiving Service for elected HOA members

The elected members will participate in an Act of Dedication and Prayers of Intercession
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The public is invited to a Service of Thanksgiving for the Elected Members of the Second House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands on Monday, December 5 at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the New Life Baptist Church in Duff’s Bottom, Tortola.

According to a Government Information Service (GIS) press release, there will be a cross-section of clergy from throughout the Territory participating in the service including Pastor Naaman Chalwell from the Church of God of Prophecy, Hope Hill; Pastor Paul Ricketts from the Sanctuary of Hope, New Testament Church of God, Valley, Virgin Gorda; Pastor Myron Stevens from Christian Faith Assembly; Pastor Lucia Woods from Agape Total Life Centre; Minister Dorilyn Varlack Edwards from the Church of God of Prophecy and Minister Dr. Juan Rhymer, founding pastor of La Iglesia de Dios de la Profecia.

The elected members will participate in an Act of Dedication and Prayers of Intercession to be led by the Rev. Moreland Williams, Superintendent of the Methodist Church.

All are invited to join in witnessing this charge to the elected members of the House of Assembly. The public is kindly asked to be seated by 5:45 p.m.

It is the tradition that such a service is held when a new Government takes office to give thanks to God and to collectively seek his guidance and wisdom as they serve the people of this Territory, the press release added.

    the public needs to boycott this crap...Cline is nothing but a big fat hypocrite..he hated the vip and Fraser and prayer for them to be removed...never will i step foot in his church...please boycott it people of the bvi
