Public Health Unit & Department of Waste Management relocating

- existing telephone numbers & contact lines remain the same

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Public Health Unit (PHU) and Department of Waste Management will be relocating from the Union Property Building, effective Monday, August 31, 2026.

According to the Ministry of Health and Social Development, effective Tuesday, September 1, 2026, members of the public are advised that the Public Health Unit will be temporarily relocated to the Ground Floor, Social Development Department Building, adjacent to the Environmental Health Division on Station Avenue.

The Department of Waste Management will be temporarily relocated to the Ministry of Health and Social Development, Voronica's House of Commerce in Long Bush.

Disruptions to services to be minimised

The Ministry has apologised for any inconvenience that may occur during the transition and assures the public that every effort is being made to minimise disruptions to services.

The public is encouraged to take note of these temporary locations when seeking services from the affected departments.

Meanwhile, all existing telephone numbers and contact lines for the Public Health Unit and Department of Waste Management will remain the same.
