The reasons for the lockdown are not clear as security personnel, including the members of the National Security Council, are tight-lipped.
Why the lockdown?
However, conflicting reports reaching our news centre is that there was a meeting this morning where a Prison Officer was accused of letting out an inmate. It was also reported that employees of Public Works Department (PWD) was on the prison compound looking at the Prison fence.
When a lockdown is issued, all rights and freedoms are taken away from inmates, cells are searched, and prisoners are detained in cells and cannot move around on the compound.
It was just last month that the local Superintendent of Prisons Guy M. Hill was ousted where his contract was not renewed. However, another UK national Mr Jay Kendall was hired, but improvements to the Prison Services remain in question.

Between them 3 boys who got arrested by the Gas Station and the set that got away from by the prison lastnight they more than likely were trying to plan an escape of the one who got arrested by the ferry while on the way to the police station and a prison break lastnight after they were carted off to prison.
They watch too much TV.
Police and Immigration go through this place and weed out the guns/ammunition/drugs and you may not just find locals on the payroll but expats some of who may be here illegally as part of the gang.
Stop lying to yourselves and thinking God is your yo-yo-yo, puppet or fool!!!!!
On top of that parading through town/sea with the coffin to prove WHAT?!!??!!!

Why is weed still illegal? If we install AI robot officers.... in reality they'd arrest half the island including expats & tourist with the current laws on the books. That will not work.

There are many nonsensical aspects of the forever war on "drugs". Spies termed undercover cops is normal? There's enough normal people to see & hear what is going on.

Drugs drugs drugs the problem is not getting rid of drugs, its lack of regulation!!! Unregulated products is a health hazard.
If milk was illegal there would be milk lords killing people for milk and putting addictive substances in the cows milk. People would get sick from milk. Cheese would be illegal and highly sought after. Blue cheese... you wouldn't be able to afford it.
But milk is legal and so no one cares. Its $2 a box of milk.
When alcohol was illegal it was a failure that created drug lords such as Al Capone and much "DRUG" trafficking, bootlegging. Beers, wine, rum. Rum cake. ILLEGAL.
People were killed over alcohol. Gangs fueled by alcohol being illegal. Why are we doing the same crap to ourselves with coke and weed? Coke because its bad for people, ok but so is alcohol, and weed is medicinal.

Its because we are not in charge. More likely some beer guzzling lords up in the UK that need to smoke weed but dont are in charge. Didnt they find traces of cocaine in the UK parliament after covid? We know what they like! Stereotypically.
Prohibition is the problem. If the authority figures weren't lying saying all drugs are bad & punishing people for nothing actually sinful... maybe just maybe we can get a hold on crime because the normal people will feel cops are on their side.
An aligning of police & law with the reality of normal society needs to happen soon or there will be crime out of control going into future generations & a two tier society where some are protected and others are not even able to call the cops thus fueling continued violence.
Prison going be a real prison now, bet! The fence needs to be upgraded to a wall, like the one that Trump was lobbying to be erected between the US and Mexico - the kind with barb wires at the top and bear traps at the base of it.
They slapped him with 21 charges, they need to stomp him with life! At the rate he is going, he need to pray for redemption because I don't think its outside he really want to be...bruh, you did/doing too much!
Personally I think all high profile inmate needs to be moved from the island and out someplace else.
Because right now the talk on the street it's all those who are at war with each other who are in fowl pit.
This could be the reason as to why an attempt of gun going it was done and trust you me they will try again.
Mr governor you are head of security. Think about the lives of your officers and those innocent inmates looking to opportunity to see the day of light again. If nothing is done their will be blood on your hands in that very same prison very soon I assure you this.
Put all of them I high profile cases on a plane and send them UK prison

It also means that there is no visitation from family and friends. I'm not even sure that they can go to court appearances. There is no recreational time to play basketball, or to use the laundry or go liming in their friend's cells.
They are not caged 24 hours just because they are imprisoned and you'll be shocked to know that prisoners have rights.
The Lockdown is an excellent move based on the recent happenings in the country.
I heard it git kids giving teachers death threat. Where are they getting these type if behaviour from.
I say once and i will say it again put all of them and all those who pending charges link with them be placed on a plane and fly them straight uk.
If not less than a month from now you have someone killed up there.
Also charge three who was caught lately with the guy. Don't let none take the fall and the others walk free.
