MIAMI, Florida- US President Joseph R. Biden will visit Florida to see the aftermath and recovery efforts on Saturday morning, September 2, 2023.

Tropical storm Idalia has left three people dead across Florida and Georgia as it heads into the North Atlantic having battered North Carolina.

According to The Independent today, August 31, 2023, Idalia ploughed into Florida as a Category 3 Hurricane on Wednesday morning before losing power as it moved inland through Georgia and the Carolinas.

3 deaths reported

Florida Highway Patrol said two men were killed in two separate weather-related road accidents on Wednesday morning. In Georgia, a man was killed by a falling tree while trying to clear another tree off a highway.

However, on Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that no hurricane-related fatalities had been reported to the Medical Examiner’s Office.

The National Hurricane Center reports that Tropical Storm Idalia continues to lose power as it moves offshore, however areas of flash, urban, and moderate river flooding, with considerable impacts, are expected from eastern South Carolina through eastern North Carolina.

CNN and US politics went to the dogs since Sleepy Joe became president. He only make the headlines when he falls down somewhere important. The politicians only want to talk about lgbtq rights (which will backfire very soon). If CNN knows what’s good for them, they will pray Trump gets back in as President.
