Now to put this ridiculous, recently-circulated idea that because you have had the first dose of a two-dose vaccine (i.e., you are PARTIALLY vaccinated) that you don't need to follow the isolation guidelines. True leadership is leading from the FRONT and demonstrating that the protocols and guidelines are for ALL, not just those who aren't in high office.

Likewise waiting for a public announcement to correct the erroneous messaging that the unvaccinated who might have been exposed at last week's funeral need to get vaccinated ASAP. That is NOT established medical advice. They too need to isolate, not risk exposing the public further, observe whether they have any symptoms over the 10-14 days and notify the authorities accordingly, NOT rush out to stand in line with fellow unvaccinated who didn't attend the funeral.

    Is it the Funeral?

March 28 (day after the funeral) ---> April 6 = 10 days isolation

April 7 = end of isolation period and potential resumption of office hours.

The maths seems to say so...

why are persons working still that was at the funeral did not they said all of the people that attended need to quarantine for 10days?

Indeed.... it appears that many persons are under the impression that if they received the 1st vaccine that they are "safe" or if they arrived late and didn't mingle extensively that they are "safe" or if they never get sick from the flu that they are "safe".
People like these, including employers and supervisors and other persons of power and influence, are placing the general population at peril with their own selfish attitudes. Where is the #bvilove?

Love is putting the needs of others first, of making sacrifices for the greater good, and caring whether our actions hurt or help others. Until we realize that we need to shut up and sit down.... in isolation!

I guess we all better be wearing our masks and washing our hands. Next two weeks could be serious. If your not already vaccinated better hurry so we don't have to keep going through this.

Did you not hear about British putting a halt on the vaccine, due to clots in people under 55yrs of age. so hurry and take what poison you talking about. strupes!!!! what we black people so hard headed to the dangers of this vaccine.

The UK says people under 55 years old should not take the vaccine due to blood clots. Did they tell the BVI that? NO! So all of you under 55 who ran to take it, we now have to live in fear of clots or worse. This really sucks and no one, not even the scientists are sure what will happen until a few years from now. Good luck everyone.
