  First time I ever personally recall the BVI intercepting a drugg loaded boat. Each and every time,it has been the USVI intercepting these boats minutes from
  BVI waters and then chasing them into our BVI intended destination and the perpetrators will always disappear once the boat get to BVI, never to be heard about,they simply melt in the BVI landscape..even when the BVI police meet the boat and chase the drug importers... has happened too many times to count.
