PURCELL ESTATE, Tortola, VI- The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has confirmed a shooting incident in the Purcell Estate area some time this afternoon, July 16, 2025.

While unable to give more information, the RVIPF did say officers are on the scene.

    Better if the Acting Commissioner focussed on this type of crime instead of trying to spin the crime figures. Any good journalist would ask for the ACTUAL DA figures!!
