Pickup truck topples as brakes allegedly fail @ Baughers Bay

BAUGHERS BAY, Tortola, VI- It was just a small wall that reportedly prevented a pickup truck from toppling further downhill in a lone vehicle accident at Baughers Bay, Tortola this morning, March 22, 2018.

According to initial reports reaching our newsroom, the brakes of the pickup truck failed on a hill and the truck eventually ended up flipping before it came to a stop when it slammed into a small retaining wall.

It is unclear the condition of the driver at this time.

We will bring more details as they come in.

      That lady owns her own buisness. She wasn't rushing. her business is in the opposite direction.. You need to see the damn hill for yourself before you get finger happy.

    It's possible that the brake pads were just replaced and were not broken in as yet. New pads will fade quickly on a hill if not broken in properly.

    You people have no f****g shame. The woman was not rushing anywhere. I saw the whole incident enfold. You cannot rush on that scary hill it steep, short, curvy and complicated. You people need to just shut the hell up. Your turn is coming next.
