ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Today, Thursday, December 4, 2025, the Premier of the Virgin Islands, Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7), welcomed Lieutenant Governor Joshua Franquez Tenorio of Guam for a courtesy call.

According to the Office of the Premier, the courtesy call by the Lieutenant Governor of Guam reinforces their shared commitment to strengthening ties among the Pacific and Caribbean Non-Self-Governing Territories (NSGTs).
