ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Minister for Transportation, Works, and Utilities, Hon Kyme M. Rymer (R5) today Wednesday, December 8, 2021, donated two aromatic trees to the Althea Scatliffe Primary School on Tortola.

According to the Minister, one of the trees is Cinnamon and the other Bay Leaf, with both trees planted in the school’s garden.

Hon Rymer said in a social media post on the donation, “To me, planting a tree is comparable to a child’s development where they’re nurtured with their basic needs, love, and care.”

The Minister further added, “The simple act of planting a tree, is symbolic of hope for the future.”
