“We have adopted the Family Support Network as our main charity and one of the reasons for doing that I think is because the family is the most important aspect in the community and if we don’t have a great family base then really we don’t have a community,” said General Manager of Peter Island Resort and Spa Mr Wilbert A. Mason, speaking exclusively with Virgin Islands News Online.
“So we saw it fit to embrace the Family Support Network and give support to any way possible to families that are struggling and have difficulties. We are also trying to promote healthy living and healthy lifestyle. There will be Zumba on the Beach for those who can’t be a part of the cycling, running or swimming,” he said. “This is all in an effort to raise money for the Family Support Network,” he said.
