Persons rushed to hospital following Beef Island accident

According to reports reaching our news room, the accident which occurred around 6:30 AM involved two vehicles: one which was leaving the airport parking lot and heading west and the other heading east.
Persons who were on the ground said that it would appear that the vehicle headed east might have been going at a fast rate given the skid mark it left on the road. It would appear too that the driver exiting the parking lot was not exercising due care and attention at the time.
This news site sought confirmation of the accident from Royal Virgin Islands Police Force Public Relations Officer Diane Drayton who said that she would get back to us. However, up to post time this news site had not received her confirmation.
We will bring you more details as they become available.

There is no alternative to simple common sense. It's an open road, people need to stop driving like f..king idiots! You have a clear view of traffic from all angles when on that road. People just need to pay attention and take their damn time.
