fully understand the matter of curfew laws but apparently the suspects are usually unarmed and no harm to law enforcement we have more serious criminal conduct within our country but only misdemeanors are being addressed: There are murderers living in 24 square miles some how the police getting nothing solved maybe far to busy transporting cocaine...

Did you miss the part where the person refused to stop? pepper spray is deployed after someone has become combatant and or refuses an officers command. If the person had stopped when instructed to by the officer there's a good chance they would not have been sprayed.

He better be glad he did not get a taste of Mr. Taser. He disobeyed the rules and he had to be punished. He knew curfew started at 7:00. Bet he will think twice before he decide to break the rules.

He should have stopped when requested by the officer. That simple.

I bet when he felt the sting of the pepper spray, he went soft like a limp biscuit. He broke curfew so he had to take what he got.

It's about time there is enforcement....keep it up...putting peoples lives in danger is without conscience. When the collared well paid with tax dollars Vincentian set the precedence by disobeying the very first quarantine mandate,
which was issued by the then Gov ,that collared one should have been dealt with appropriately. We now reap what has been sown

They need to start pepper spraying the ones that is in groups that is not wearing a mask as well. We have a serious problem with the pandemic and they are only making things worse. Look how many people have died and more is going to die because of the foolishness. I saw a article on CNN
website about a man that made the choice not to get vaccinated and ended up with COVID, his last words were he should have taken the damn vaccine. He left behind 5 children and a wife who was crying. The sad part is the children is texting their father asking him when is he coming home and the mother have to tell them daddy is not coming back home.

If people would adhere to the protocols that was put in place we would beat this thing. People need to stop the bush tea thing. I have followed the protocols that was put in place from day one. I am fully vaccinated and will continue to wear a mask, social distance and keep my hands as clean as possible. I even sanitize my groceries before I put them away.

I suspect it's much like us up here in the continental U. S. It's more about attitude, respect, and running the mouth. It gets even better when adding water to those pepper sprayed eyes lads.
