Patsy C. Lake is new VI Horse Owners’ Association President
President-elect Lake, who is the mother of horse owner Alex V. Lake of Family Affairs Stables, beat out seasoned horse owner of many of the best horses in the Virgin Islands, Mrs Violet 'Letty' Delville-Hodge.

They were trying to take this track form Axle Ritter when revived it in the early nineties. This Wants All mentality needs to be stopped.
May horse racing rest in peace.
