ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – With moderate to fresh wind speeds persisting across the Caribbean region as a surface high pressure dominates the area, a few passing showers could also develop across the Virgin Islands according to the local Department of Disaster Management (DDM).

As such, the weather today, April 9, 2022, in the VI is Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or slight chance of showers with the same conditions persisting tonight.

Winds: East at 10 to 21 mph or 16 to 34 km/h and gusting to 31 mph or 50 km/h.

Seas: 1.2 to 1.8 metres or 4 to 6 feet.

Sunset is forecasted to happen from 6:34 pm this evening.
