They really need to encourage the schools and local dance groups to participate again like they used to. I remember when a number of schools would part take. Get high school and younger students involved in forming troupes and floats to keep the legacy alive and going.

This parade needs more troupes; It seems a bit boring because it is a bit scattered.

It started earlier than previous years, there was a great vibe and the entrants all did an amazing job! Well done all

@ el demonio negro. It doesn't need any of that, send your women in her thong almost naked butt to parade. No one cares for parade either. Only men like you who are perverts watching those kids as well as the adults almost naked so call costume . Alcohol at parade WOW. Pure trash to watch. Carnival in the BVI is no class and pure trash. Look at the place dead. It didn't have much people on the island

Kudos to the organisers as the parade started just around 2:00pm which is waaaay better than past years! I believe it finished around 5:50pm (this is the time the last troupe passed by the Ferry Dock) so just around 3+ hours, taking into account the Queens on vehicles and the show cars. Troupes turnout this year was poor but those who put their time and effort into these troupes should be commended. However I think Treasurers should have won the Adult troupe, but the judges decision is final.
My recommendation to the Festival Committee for 2026 is to try and have the Rise and Shine Tramp on Monday and the Parade on Tuesday. This give patrons time to recoup and to better enjoy the after parties on Monday. To my knowledge, Antigua and Trinidad have their Adult Parade on the Tuesday whilst their Jouvert is on the Monday.
Maybe its time for a change, try it and see how it turns out!

Congratulations to VIBE - Will VIBE spend some of that money and give us the fans who spend all our money to see them help us with back 2 school supplies?

@asking for me. These artists don't send their money on kids. Your kids will have to be sexing them. Look at tola with all these artists you can see where their money goes. Women, alcohol, hookers, drugs etc school kids is far from that list. The artists here gave you a strip club on stage. Jouge got the school kids on stage looking a ratchet mess and he won. How was that song culture. People don't need to give trophies or awards out here because the judges can't be trusted. All these songs should have been disqualified because nothing culture or learning. The bikers MAKES people swerve
