PURCELL ESTATE, Tortola, VI- Two persons drove away with brand new cars while others won home appliances, furniture, and substantial gift vouchers in the recent lucrative 12 Days of Christmas promotion by OneMart Superstore.

Prizes totalled over $60,000 and were a testament to the President and CEO of OneMart, Mr Mark H. Vanterpool’s, desire to give back more to the community and loyal customers of OneMart.

"I wanted to contribute more to the people of the BVI and our loyal customers, so we decided to start by directly asking them what they needed and build our Christmas campaign around their feedback. After receiving responses from over 400 residents, we worked tirelessly to create an exciting Christmas promotion that both the community and our shoppers could benefit from.

“I am pleased with the results, and I am genuinely happy that we were able to provide our shoppers with exactly what they wanted during the Christmas season. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead continuing to serve our customers," expressed former legislator and businessman Mr Vanterpool.

OneMart in a press release today, January 10, 2024, said shoppers eagerly participated by submitting their receipts in entry boxes at various locations, while online users engaged in the 12 days of Christmas giveaways on social media.

Prizes

The top prizes of two 2024 Hyundai Grand i10 cars were won by Alex Dick-Read and Benroy Brown.

Phoebe Murrell won a year's supply of groceries valued at $5000.00, while Carmen Rabsatt won a year's supply of groceries valued at $1500.00.

Ericson Besahan was the winner of a washer and dryer set; Micheal Alexander won a living room set; and Loriann Samuel won a year's supply of groceries valued at $1000.00.

OneMart said it is remaining true to its slogan, "The People's Store," and consistently demonstrates its commitment to the community through sponsorships and promotions that give back to customers year-round.

“The management is eagerly anticipating the New Year, poised to strengthen their dedication to shoppers and provide exactly what the people of the BVI need,” the press release stated.

OneMart has stores in East End, Purcell Estate, Baughers Bay, and Lower Estate.
