The only problem with what you stated is that the speed limit is 20 MPH, which is very dangerouse when everyone else is driving 30-40. The issue is that Public Works sets traffic signage when it should be the Police Traffic Department. Look at the ludicrouse placement of stop signs, the written STOP on the road which is not legal signage, and that intersection of the one way in front of the Admin Center with stop signs no where near the intersection.
Also the dual carriageway in Road Town will be much safer when all scooters and motorcycles are banned from this short stretch of highway.
