EAST END, Tortola, VI- A lone vehicle accident in East End, Tortola on Saturday afternoon, July 8, 2023, resulted in at least one person being injured.

According to reports reaching our newsroom, the accident took place a short distance from the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge.

The vehicle, an SUV, ended up on a short concrete structure on the side of the road.

Reports are the injured person suffered a broken leg.

It is unclear to our news centre how the driver lost control of the vehicle.

    In broad daylight? Only speeding mixed with who knows what they consumed or smoked, but speeding caused this accident. Now look. No, there wasn't any mechanical failure like people like to claim. SMDH.
