VOLUNTARY WINDING UP OF Pateras Corporation Ltd (the Company), which is incorporated under the Act with IBC registration no. 74905.
Notice is hereby given of the appointment of Christodoulos Katsouris of 11 Vyzantiou Street, 1st Floor, 2064-Nicosia, Cyprus as the Company's liquidator and of the commencement of the Company's voluntary winding up and and dissolution under Sub-Part II of Part XVII of the International Business Companies Act 2016 on 6 October 2025.
