BVI Tourist Board is a medieval name for the 21st century. It sounds/reads somewhat punitive. Perhaps a better name would be something like 'BVI Visitor Promotion Bureau' or BVI Visitor Assistance Program' etc.

The very first thing you need to fix is the attitude of the immigration and customs staff at the airport and all ports. They should not be so angry and adversarial. The should be welcoming tourists with friendly smiles and thanking them for coming here to spend money. What we have now at EVERY point of entry is a horrific experience.

Do you get a big hug and smile when you approach US Customs and Border Patrol? Immigration and customs officers are there to smile with nobody. They are there to work. I do agree that they should speak courteously to people and not like people are hogs. Other than that, they are part of law enforcement and not the greeting committee

There are some Immigration Officers overseas including STT who greet you with a warm greeting, speak to you in a pleasant tone and with a smile at that (some even chuckle) in conversation while checking your documents.

Presumably most of the bloggers complaining about immigration attitudes are locals speaking of their own experience. I wonder if officials are as negative towards tourists who are mostly white. I have been coming in and out for 50 years and I can hardly think of any rude instances. Maybe its my charm!

The Chairperson ran Supermarkets. None of the major tourist operators are represented. A number of them are deadbeats. What can they achieve?

Charter Yachting seems represented by the President of the Marine Association and the Gen. Manager of Nanny Cay.

So, tell me who choose the one for Anegada? They could of chose better she think she owns Anegada especially when it comes to distributing of works (bush, roads etc.) she always made sure she gives herself and friends rather than the needy.

Dumb and Dumber! We keep selecting the incompetent ones that created the problems to fix the problems, that will never happen.
