The event starts at 9 A.M. and concludes at noon. Medical experts will be on hand to offer testing for blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood typing, among others. Light refreshments will be served.

Nagico Insurances is working in partnership with the BVI Diabetes Association, the Virgin Gorda Diabetes Association and the British Virgin Islands Red Cross to offer the health screening

“This is one way that Nagico is demonstrating our commitment to the people of Virgin Gorda,” said Managing Director, Mr Shan Mohamed.

Mr Mohamed added, “We place great emphasis on ensuring that our clients can take preventative action to avoid poor health. Part of that action involves screening, exercising and eating right.  Additionally early detection of possible symptoms will enable people to get the best possible care. Our health screening is open not just to our customers, but the entire community.”
