ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- NAGICO Insurances was awarded Insurance Services Provider of the Year at the 2025 Financial Services Awards, a prestigious honour recognising excellence, innovation, and leadership across the Virgin Islands’ financial services sector.

This is the second consecutive year that NAGICO has won the award, having also copped the award previously in 2024 and 2020.

This recognition places NAGICO Insurances among the Virgin Islands (VI) top-performing institutions and reflects the company’s continued commitment to service excellence, customer trust, and long-term partnership with the people and businesses of the Territory.

'Powerful affirmation'

Speaking on the achievement, Managing Director, Mr Shan Mohamed, said the award carries special significance for the company’s operations in the VI.

“This award is a powerful affirmation of the work our team continues to do in the British Virgin Islands. It reflects the trust our customers place in us, the professionalism of our staff, and our unwavering commitment to delivering reliable, responsive, and innovative insurance solutions,” Mr Mohamed stated.

He added, “The BVI remains a key market for NAGICO Insurances, and we are proud to play a meaningful role in supporting its people, businesses, and financial services ecosystem.”
