NAGICO extends arms to Virgin Gorda!
From 8:30 A.M. Century Insurance, General Agents for NAGICO, will be opening the doors of its new branch in the Valley, Virgin Gorda answering the call of many of their customers.
According to Mohamed, the aim behind opening the new branch is not only to attract a new clientele base but because the company understands and appreciates the challenges of its existing clientele especially as it related to travelling to Tortola to access the services of the company.
Initially, the new branch housed in the Walter's Building will be operating with one staff. "The beautiful thing here is that we didn't take anyone for Tortola to take up the post in Virgin Gorda. The person that will be taking on the responsibilities of the daily operations there is one of Virgin Gorda's own," noted Mohamed. “It’s a deserving significant investment as we continue to make our mark in the British Virgin Islands.”
The company has also been diligent in performing their civic duties as a corporate citizen by contributing to sports, education and a number of positive social ventures.
Mr Mohamed said the company is very optimistic about the success of the new branch and anticipates that as time progresses and the demand increases they will expand on a needs be basis.
