Mr Archer what’s taking you that long to pay the pensioners what is owed to them.
The payment should have been from 2024 when civil servants got their salaries. I am old now but one day you and the premier will also become old.
We pensioners built this territory and are treated like we never existed.

This pretend acting is pure performance art. With telecommunications improvements, Daniel Pruce, the UK-appointed Governor ( he is the UK’s Governor) can be reached instantaneously. The token local appointed Deputy Governor David Archer is having the experience block checked on paper? Hear dis ya! In the 21st Century, Virgin Islanders are still restricted from electing their own governor. The Colonialism wheel still turns if only slowly. And we with our teeth grinning, fetchin and steppin selves are happy. Massa is still the boss.
