Andy did Carvin an injustice.Carvin should have been the Premier. Carvin is an excellent leader, He had proven it working with him in the Lions Club, as a VIP executive, working with him when he was the Chair Person of the BVI consortium "an association RT Oneal put together to assist Haiti in that Terrible Earth Quake he was brilliant.. He got into politics, got in the greedy club, see money and switch,. Then Covid leave this bad legacy on his name, though some think he handled it well, some do not think so. He himself died believing he handled Covid very well. I am 100% Certain Foy regret his decision not making Carvin deputy, When he got arrested Carvin stood by him, refused to cross the floor to create a unity govt. In support of him. Carvin stood by him, died fighting for him., He must be regretting the decision that has him where he is at. 'Poor decision
maker'. That caused himself and others like Carvin. "I LOVE YOU BROTHER CARVIN". R.I.E.P.

My dear friends, though he may be gone, his legacy of kindness and good deeds lives on. Please know that death is just a long sleep, and he will be resting peacefully. Remember, there is always hope for every soul, so take comfort in the fact that death is not the end. Live each day as though it were your last, spreading love and compassion to those around you and to yourself. By doing so, you will create a beautiful legacy for yourself. To all of the family and friends who are grieving, please accept my deepest sympathies during this difficult time.
