I hope both the scooter driver and the vehicle driver are ok. It is very traumatic to collide with another vehicle, even though the scooter driver most likely will come out the worse physically, the vehicle driver gets mentally traumatized.

Government playing a blind eye on these scooters because 90% are locals BVI just won’t change. THESE BIKES NEEDS TO BE BANNED!!!!!.

Someone needs to set up a survey monkey for the subject of banning scooters or at least imposing stricter legislation. Governments only care about votes so let’s show them the numbers

Most of you are busy bashing the scooter rider but I wish you had seen the accident sight or even look at where the rental bus is located in the accident. He was completely on the rider side of the road .

And the ‘taxi bus’ is not operating legally anyway with an RT plate on it…

Truth, the bus was on the bike riders side of the road. Yes, some of the bike riders can be nuisances and a pain in the rear but the bus was the one at fault this time.

The bus was trying to pass the driver in front and he end up crashing in to the bike rider on the other side of the road.

And from my understanding this taxi driver was over taking a next taxi driver to get in front when this person got hit we jump to conclusions to fast and never wait for the correct story in this bvi

Why is people trying to rush past others on roads that is hardly big enough or wide enough to accommodate vehicles going in both direction. That is my question.

Change the laws to allow motorcycle/scooters only on the water and jet skis only on the land.

If the bikers (and the dragsters) want a facility, why don't they get the money to buy/build from them selves and those that desire it, rather than ask government (all the people) to support it. Why should we who want bikes banned, and dragsters banned, helpsupport a facility? We all know they will still act out on the roads. What we need is a stricter police force.

Thats sad? I hope he will be ok, but those scooter riders don't know how to ride on the left. they are always in the middle of the board or on the opposite side.
