You could just watch that old bike and see it’s not license and uninsured. Sadly the owner of the Jeep will have to used their insurance and money to fix the damage on their vehicle. Those bikers are ONLY costing other people and the country. Ban them all “ALL”

Look at the bike with that big loud pipe. Could tell that bike owner is a nuisance in the community.

Sorry. Enough is enough. The riders who obey our laws and are not a nuisance will suffer for these careless riders. Every other day a scooter involved in some form of an accident. Even to running down cycle riders. Enough.

Too many times the scooters almost run me off the road. Something needs to change. Too many reckless scooter riders on the road.
  • GTFOH (10/01/2021, 20:03) Like (20) Dislike (6) Reply
While I do not support banning of scooters, something must be done to minimize and reduce the number of scooter related accidents. Something has to change. We have to find the reason for so many accidents and implement changes whether age restrictions, suspending licenses, banning and fining reckless riders. You can’t just sit back and watch so many accidents and just continue the status quo. The same goes for drivers of auto vehicles.

    - How many of your friends and family have to die before you stop endangering your lives and the lives of others?

    - Do you know that when you pull up between two vehicles it’s against the law and you scare the drivers?

    - Do you know that when you zip through vehicles you endanger your lives and startle drivers, which risk their safety?

    - Why did you cry when your friend or family died in a scooter accident?

    - What was going through your mind when you learnt that they died in a scooter accident?

    - Why do most of you not wear a helmet?

    - Do you love your life, your family ...how do you think they’d feel if you succumbed to injuries from a scooter accident?

    - The next time you get on a scooter, PLEASE for YOUR LIFE and the peace of mind of YOUR LOVED ONES, wear a helmet, stop risking your lives by skylarking, stay behind a car when in traffic and don’t pull up between them to get in front.

Think of all the lives already lost to scooter accidents.

If they had the chance to live again, don’t you think they’d tell you to do better.

The only life they get to live again is if they surrendered to Christ.

This whole weekend was nothing but accidents. I been avoiding night time drives because of the high likelihood of experiencing an accident. The evidence now shows that my daytime drives have a higher incident probability rate.

The scooter riders are not just risking their lives , but the lives of the car drivers too. Scaring the car driver and damaging their cars is very traumatic. Enough is enough already. I am frightened everyday when those scooters duck right in front of me, causing me to brake so fast. They duck right in front of me leaving no room for error. I see them passing police cars at a higher level of speed, knowing the police can't catch them. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!!!!!

The car is on the wrong side of the road: based on the photo the car is pointing west in the east bound lane...based on the photo the bike is pointing east and is actually in the east bound lane...

OKAY...and the rest of us also see that the same car is on a road leading from the main road...I mean what is your point? The police will do their investigations, you just keep on you side of the road and drive with care.

not every scooter accident with vehicles means scooter rider at fault , that look clearly he or she saw the scooter man coming and try to beat it , to me tucson at fault is not always the bike man at fault come on man , not because they are nuisance around the place we have to put all the blame on them .

Do you know that most scooter riders reject the opinion expressed in your last sentence. This is the source of the divide between generations. Try communicating without injecting your religious philosophy it turns some people off. What some people hold as their reason for being is foolishness to others who believe religion is just a political brainwash.

Last I checked, I purchased my device on which to communicate and God orders my steps not your worldly opinion.

If you have an issue with those who disagree with your views and did a survey on most scooter riders to come up with your synopsis, why do you go to church to bid them farewell?

THE DEVIL IS THE DIVIDE FOR IT IS WRITTEN...

2 Corinthians 4:4-11 In their case the god of this world (satan) has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God (the Almighty). For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; ...

      Romans 1:18-20

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.

Every week we read about these scooter accidents.
Every day I see scooters without licenses or the driver is not wearing a helmet.
The police should start pulling over and confiscating scooters that don't comply with the DMV.
The police should have been doing this for years.

Where are our laws, why are we allowing these young men on their scooters to behave so recklessly? Why are they getting away with it? They ride up and down on Waterfront Drive with so much noise. They don’t even think of the elderly and the sick at the Adina Donovan Home for the Elderly and the hospital. They end up in serious accidents requiring special medical care overseas, becoming a burden on our government, using our tax payers money to pay for their medical expenses, putting their parents in a situation having to create gofundme accounts to raise funds to assist as well. Our law enforcement need to get this under control once and for all. We cannot allow these young men to continue being a menace to society. Give them some community work to do. Let them learn to respect the traffic laws and abide by them. Our whole country is getting out of control with lack of respect for each other and the laws.
