This plan is suppose to cost 2x the amount of the free music night? $500,000.00 a half a Million US Dollars more to be spent on a project no one seems interested in actually using. It is a complete waste of real estate in the heart of Road Town and it is another shame on this government. What are they thinking? Are they thinking, at all? Or was this just another plan to get money into their supporters hands. Come on bring on another COI.

The metal shutters will be broken in 2 months...use wooden shutters that can be pulled up and outwards so that it provides shade and shelter during the day and can be lowered at night to lock the place up. simple and easy. metal shutters will be a complete waste.
